Shipping

Shipping is now calculated carefully using the country you're ordering from and the weight of each item. Plus it is more streamlined and...well, more effective than previously.

Shortly after placing an order, you will recieve an order confirmation email, followed by an email stating your order has been shipped within two business days. if you don't get confirmation of shipment, the order is free. how's that for a guarentee?

We do not accept any returned items unless the item was damaged during the shipping or the wrong item was shipped to you. Damages must be reported within 24 hours after recieving the items and we will replace the item in question.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE CHARGED?
Since we currently only use paypal, the order will be charged once you confirm payment on paypal.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
For orders within the united states, it should arrive approximately four days after recieving your shipping confirmation email.

for international orders, the expected time differs between a few days and a few weeks depending upon which country it's being shipped to.

HOW SOON AFTER MY ORDER WILL IT SHIPPED OUT?
As stated above, you should recieve an email notification two business days after you place your order. if you don't get this email, your order is free.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
yes, if you send an email or get ahold of us through a messenger before it's been shipped out, you can cancel your order.
